Renee Decker

EH&S Development Program Engineer at Hexion

Renee Decker is currently an EH&S Development Program Engineer at Hexion where she is focused on environmental reporting, specifically Tier II and TRI. Renee is also working with colleagues to transform unstandardized practices in order to streamline and standardize processes. Renee graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering in 2019.

Luke Jacobs

CEO & Co-Founder at Encamp

Luke Jacobs founded Encamp Inc. in 2018 with his two co-founders, his brother Sam Jacobs and friend Dan Smedema from what started as an idea during a camping trip in June 2017. Encamp focuses on software to serve the EHS industry by streamlining environmental compliance reporting.

Bill Pennington

Research Director at Verdantix

Bill is the Research Director in the Verdantix EHS practice covering research on EHS software, best practices and innovative technologies. His current agenda focuses on emerging EHS technologies, including industrial wearables and mobile EHS applications. Bill previously worked in corporate EHS roles in the manufacturing and logistics industries. He holds an MBS degree in sustainability from Rutgers University.
