Jess Williams

Technical Program Manager, Encamp

Jess is a Technical Program Manager at Encamp, and was previously a Compliance Program Manager for the company. Prior to Encamp, she spent time as an environmental consultant for Braun Intertec working on major hazardous waste projects for industrial facilities throughout Texas. Jess also served the City of Corpus Christi’s Water Utilities department as Program Manager and later interim Compliance Superintendent. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a B.S. in Geophysics and spent a summer interning for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
