Submitting a Tier II report with Encamp starts on the Overview section, which displays facility-level information and the progress and status of all Tier II reports.
To prepare a report for filing, navigate to the Facilities section to see all facilities listed. Selecting a specific facility, such as Warehouse - Phoenix (50872), shows its details including address, state information, and documents. The Inventory tab displays all chemicals tracked at that facility for Tier II reporting and flags any errors that need to be resolved before submission.
If a chemical record has an issue, such as an average daily amount exceeding the allocated threshold for Anhydrous Ammonia [Gas], the record can be opened, corrected, and saved directly within the platform.
Once inventory errors are resolved, the Reports section shows all available reports and their current status. Opening the facility's report allows the user to verify all information and submit. The submission flow includes a verification step to confirm all details look correct before final submission.
After filing, the Overview page displays completed reports in a chart view. Clicking into a specific facility's report from that chart shows its submission status and filing dates.
